Because we have been in business for over 25 years, we believe that our deck restoration process is the best process; in fact, we are so sure of it that we will guarantee it.
Wood restoration took a big hit when the Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission lowered the V.O.Cs (volatile organic compounds) in all stains, paints and sealers. By doing this, it made it harder for stains and sealers to adhere to exterior wood. Nevertheless, we will still guarantee that the stain we use will not peel or blister under normal conditions for one to two years depending on the condition of the wood.
In order for us to maintain our deck restoration guarantee, we ask that you keep your deck free from wet leaves, paper or any other objects that will collect water. These items when left on a deck will cause the stain to lift and peel, especially when left to sit over the fall and winter months.
